So my husband is getting out of the Army soon and will become an inactive reserve. In 4 years he'll be switching into the blue card. I was just wondering if I can still get a dependent card when he gets his PDRL status? My dad served in the Navy for less than 4 years and retired as PDRL and my mom acquired a dependent ID. Not sure if it still applies today. Thanks for the help!
