I am searching for my biological father who was stationed at Howard AFB, Panama Canal Zone 1966/67. His postal address was box 598 Howard AFB, C.Z. The base was on restriction due to US -Panama relations at that time. My mother was Panamanian and I was born in March of 1967 and know that he did search for me & my mother during that time.
