Recipe: SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE. 6 eggs 1 cup butter (softened) 1 cup sour cream 1tsp. vanilla 3 cups sugar 3 cups flour 1/4 tsp. baking soda Beat together eggs, butter, sour cream, vanilla and sugar. Add baking soda and flour. Bake in ungreased angel tin until top is golden and cracked. 350f for 1 1/2 hours. I found that if you lightly spray a straight edged angel tin with no stick spray it is easier to remove cake. A lot of people say yuck when they hear the title of this delicious desert, but after they try it they want to recipe!
