Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole

Recipe: Ingredients: 8 slices bacon 1 can golden mushroom soup 1 1/2 cups water 2 (6.2 oz.) boxes Uncle Ben's Long Grain Wild Rice Mix 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish with the bacon slices. Pour in the dry rice mix without the seasoning packets over the bacon. Place seasoned (salt & pepper) chicken breasts over the rice. Mix the golden mushroom soup with 1 1/2 cups water until even and pour over the chicken breasts. Top with the 2 seasoning packets that were left over from the rice mix. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
