2 lb. ground chuck
1 c. water
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. Stovetop Dressing mix
2 eggs
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
Mix all ingredients together. Shape into 2 small loaves. Top with barbecue sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until done. |
