1 Loaf French Bread
1 lb. beef top round thinly sliced
1 tbls oil
1 medium onion
1 medium green pepper sliced thin
1/4 lb mozzerella cheese
Preheat broiler. In a skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and peppers, cook until soft. Push veggies aside and add the beef to the pan. Heat until warm place beef and veggies on bottom bread slice top with cheese. Place under the broiler until cheese is melted add top bread slice and enjoy! |
