This recipe is good for using your leftover Thanksgiving turkey.
2 sticks margarine
2-3 green peppers
Sautee these together in a pan
Add
1 cup of flour --mixture will be pasty
Add
milk until mixture is to the right consistancy
1 cup mushrooms (optional)
2 1/2 cups of turkey
1 jar pimento
salt and pepper to taste
(can add carrots and peas to make pot pies) |
