Recipe: Use about 4 boneless chicken breast For the coating mix a couple scoops of flour, crunch up a handful of saltine crackers (this makes your chicken crispy), add some seasoned salt and some black pepper. Heat a skillet with about 1/4 cup of oil on med heat. Next slice your chicken breast into strips. Whip an egg in a bowl, dip chicken in egg and then roll in flour mixture. Put in pan and fry until chicken is white in the middle. Great served with french fries or mashed potatoes.
