Recipe: ***VERY EASY & VERY GOOD*** 2 (26 oz) Jars Spaghetti Sauce (your choice) 1 pound ground meat ( I perfer ground chuck ) 1 onion diced small (optional) 1 package (Box) "NO BOIL" Lasagne Noodles 1 16oz Ricotta Cheese 2 8oz Packages of Shredded Cheese *********************************************************** Brown ground meat (season the meat to your preference). Drain the meat and then return the meat back in skillet and add diced onion, cook until onion soft. Add Spaghetti sauce to meat and heat until bubbly. In the Crock Pot Layer meat mixture, noodles, Ricotta Cheese and shredded cheese. Continue layer until the top of your crock pot. The last layer should be the shredded cheese. Cook on low or medium until the noodles are done (about 2.5-3 hours) **This recipe can also be baked in the oven layering in a 9 x 13 greased dish. Bake at 350 until the noodles are done.** FREEZES VERY WELL !!
