Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Recipe: 3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts 1 chopped onion 3 T. chilli powder 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1/4 tsp. garlic 5-6 tortillas flour 1 can chopped green chives 1/2 c. butter 8oz. shredded cheese 2 c. sour cream boil chicken, When fully cooked shred. mix with melted butter. and chilli powder, and chopped chives. in a seperate boil mix onion,cream of chicken soup, garlic, sour cream. Mix well. Take tortillas add chicken and cream sauce fold Place in baking dish then put any extra cream sauce on top of the enchilada's and add shredded cheese. Bake for 45 min. At 350. Tastes pretty good. Onions are optional and should be added to chicken and butter. But good with out as well. cream of chicken and be replaced with cream of Mushroom. It works okay in a pinch and we've all been there right!?! Enjoy
