1 (8oz.)Jiffy Corn muffin mix 1c. sour cream
2 eggs 1/2 c melted butter
1 (8oz.) can cream corn 1c.grated cheesecheddar
1 (8 oz.) can whole corn drained 2 cans whole green chiles
Mix muffin mix,eggs,cream corn,whole corn,sour cream and melted butter. Pour half of mixture in greased pan. Cover with chilies and most of cheese. Pour the rest over it and add the rest of cheese. Bake at 350 until done. |
