Cream Cheese Coffee Cake-------
1 pkg softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp lemon
1 egg yolk (save the white)
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
Line the pan with crescent rolls, cream together rest of ingredients (not white), spread over bottom layer, top with 2nd package of crescents, brush with egg white, bake at 325' until slightly brown on top, let cool completely, cut,serve, and enjoy!! |
