Recipe: 1 POUND OF GROUND BEEF. 2 CUPS OF GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE. 2 CUPS OF CRUMBLED TORTILLA CHIPS. 1 1/4 OUNCE PKG OF TACO SEASONING. 1 MEDIUM ONION-CHOPPED. 1 TBSP OF CHILLI POWDER 1 8 OUNCE CAN OF TOMATO SAUCE 2 CUPS OF WATER. SERVING TOPPINGS: SHREDDED LETTUCE,SLICED TOMATOES, SOUR CREAM PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. BROWN BEEF AND ONIONS, DRAIN GREASE. ADD CHILLI POWDER, TACO SEASONING, TOMATO SAUCE AND WATER. BRING TO BOIL, REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR TEN MINUTES. MIX IN TORTILLA CHIPS AND HALF OF CHEESE. PUT IN CASSEROLE DISH AND SPRINKLE REMAINING CHEESE ON TOP. BAKE 30 MINUTES. SERVE WITH SOUR CREAM, SHREDDED LETTUCE, AND SLICED TOMATOES.
