Boneless, skinless chicken breats
One bottle of Italian salad dressing
Instant potatos
Dip chicken in salad dressing, then into potatos.
Brown in skillet with a small amount of oil.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, then cover
and cook on low for about 10 minutes or till done.
Use the instant potatos that are leftover. They will have a
nice italian flavor. Serve with a veggie or salad. |
