Baked Chicken Wings (Chinese Style)

Recipe: Marinade mixture: 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup honey 2-3 cloves garlic (crushed) 30-32 pieces chicken wings (disjointed) Mix the marinade ingredients well in a large bowl. Add the wings to the mixture, cover, and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Drain and arrange chicken in a lined pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Drain and broil for 5 minutes.
