Ingredients: Pork chops, lemon-pepper seasoning,lemon juice, tabasco, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, seasoned meat tenderizer, chili seasoning, cajun seasoning, and crushed red pepper.
In a medium size bowl combine 1/2 cup of soy sauce and teriyaki. Add one tablespoon of chili and cajun seasoning. Add a squirt of lemon juice and a dash of tabasco sauce.
Place pork chops in a baking pan and sprinkle with meat tenderizer, lemon pepper, and a dash of crushed red pepper. Baste the chops with the soy and teriyaki mixture.
Bake in the oven 10 mins. on each side.
