Arroz con pollo/chicken and rice

Recipe: 1 pound chicken,2 cups rice,chorizo,bell,2 cups of chicken broth, pepper,garlic,,onions,1 can stewed tomatoes. Saute Chorizo till flavors are released,no need to add oil,chorizo will release oil,add a little if needed to brown chicken. Add chicken cook until brown on low heat. Dice bell pepper,garlic,onion into fine pieces and add to chicken,mix together and drain and add stewed tomatoes. Allow all the flavors to mix and cook together Rinse rice and drain, add to chicken and stir once,do not over stir. Add chicken broth and salt and pepper to taste,cover with tight lid. Simmer for 30/40 min on low heat,until chicken is well cooked and water has completely evaporated. Can serve as a side dish or main dish, enjoy.
