Recipe: 1 pound white mushrooms, washed well 2- 16 oz blocks cream cheese parmesan cheese bacon bits minced onion - 1 cup. After washing mushrooms, put aside to dry. Put cream cheese out a couple of hours earlier so it is nice and soft. When the cheese is ready, put into bowl with minced onion, parmesan cheese, bacon bits. I don't do exact measuring with the bacon bits and parmesan cheese, so do how much you want until you like it. Take your mushrooms and pull the stems out gently. Fill the mushrooms up with the cream cheese mixture. After you have stuffed them all, put into oven at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or longer until nice and browned on top. Very good for parties and appetizers.
