Tamale Bake

Name: Roone McKaig
Base: Ft. Hood, Texas
Recipe: 1 Large can of Hormel tamales. 1 14oz. can of corn. 1 Small can of sliced olives. 1 8oz. bag of shredded mexican blend cheese. Sour Cream (optional). Cut tamales into small slices and cook over medium heat in large frying pan. Drain corn and olives and add to tamales, mix well. Add bag of cheese and cook until cheese is melted, stirring constantly. Serve with sour cream. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Is very quick and easy!
