Recipe: You will need: 7-8 carrots, 1 onion, 1/2 margarine, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 can mushrooms, 1/2 cheez whiz, bread crumbs I HATE CARROTS BUT I LOVE THIS RECIPE....I CANNOT GO ANYWHERE FOR DINNER ANYMORE, ESPECIALLY FOR THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS DINNERS WITHOUT SOMEONE ASKING ME TO BRING THIS RECIPE: Peal carrots and chop into med sized circles. Cook them and then set them aside. In a skillet, add sliced onion and 1/2 cup butter. Blanche. Add mushroom soup, 1 sliced mushroom, 1/2 cup Cheez Whiz. Bring to a boil, then simmer. Add mixture to casserol dish, add carrots, top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for one hour. MMM MMM GOOD! THIS WILL HELP THOSE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT LIKE TO EAT THEIR VEGGIES...IT HELPED ME...!!!! MIXES WELL WITH BEEF, CHICKEN AND TURKEY DISHES.
