Hot Chicken Salad

Recipe: Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast- cubed, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 c mayo, 1 c sour cream, 1 c celery, italian seasoning to taste. Melt butter in frying pan, brown chicken. Once chicken is no longer pink inside stir in mayo, mustard and sour cream -stir till throroughly mixed. Add celery and sprinkle with italian seasoning. Put on low, cover for about 5-10 min, stirring occasionally. Great served over rice.
