Recipe: 1/2 cup flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning 1 egg 2 tbsp. water 1 3/4 cup oil boneless, skinless chicken Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Combine egg and water. Dip chicken in egg and then coat with flour micture. Heat oil. Cook chicken over medium heat, browning it on all sides. Reduce heat and cook tightly covered about 30 minutes, until meatiest pieces are tender. Remove cover last 10 minutes to crisp chicken.
