1 box of white cake mix (perferably moist cake mix)
1-2 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/4 - 1/4 cup of oil or butter
3/4 - 1 bag of choc chips
1/2 cup nuts if desired
or substitute for other choc chips.. reeces peices are great
Preheat over to about 325- 350 about 10-15 minutes before cooking. Mix cake mix, eggs, water and oil together for at least two minutes. perferably with a hand mixer (electric). mix in choc chips... let stand for about 30 minutes. place on buttered baking sheet. place in over and let cook for 10-12 minutes keep an eye on cookies. remove when slightly bronw.. lets cook and enjoy...
leftover mix place in zip lock or any container and place in freezer. that way you can cook later or anytime. great cookies with milk.. add nuts if you like
thesse cookies are very soft and moist.. i love them.. i usually dont measure my ingradients so if you'd like email and we can chat about the recipe.
