Ground Pork Balls

Recipe: 1 pound ground "pork" 1 egg, beaten 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 1 teaspoon sage 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce 1 teaspoon A1 sauce 1 teaspoon parsley Combine all above ingredients in a large bowl and form into 1 inch balls. Broil in oven or in a non-stick skillet till porkballs are done. Turning. This takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Once done put porkballs into a crockpot and set on low temperature. Set aside. In a small non-stick saucepan combine: one 12 ounce bottle chili sauce one 10 ounce jar grape jelly Cook on medium heat till jelly melts and the two ingredients are well combined then pour over porkballs in crockpot. Cook on low setting for 4 to 6 hours.
