Guamanian Stuffing

Recipe: 1 cup canned tomatoes, 1 pound ground beef, 3 cups fried diced potatoes, 1/2 cup chopped onions, 1 teaspoon pepper, and salt, 1 small can chopped pimientos, 1 small bottle chopped green olives, 1 small bottle of chopped sweet pickles, 1 small can peas, 1/2 cup raisins, 1 cup bread crumbs. Cook tomatoes and beef until done. Add the remaining ingredients and mix in a large bowl. Fill cavity of pig, turkey or chicken. Truss. Cook as directed according to size of meat. makes about 10 cups
