brown 1lb. ground bf. drain the fat.
1 can of french style green beans or cut green beans...drained
7-8 medium sized potatoes....boiled and mashed
1 can tomato soup
7-8 slices american cheese
salt and pepper for taste
in a 13x9 casserole dish combine browned beef, tomato soup, beans, and salt and pepper. mix together.
spread mashed potatoes over meat mixture.
put slices of cheese on top of potatoes.
bake at 350 until hot and cheese is melted. |
