thaw and throw into skillet a package (cut up) of smoked sausage with a can of diced pineapple (with juice) and let simmer. As a side you could fix a box of pasta roni or mac n cheese,,,,or you could even put this over rice. Have some rolls with it,,,corn or green beans. Many things you could put together.
