You need Ham (you can use any Sandwichmeat if you dont like Ham) ,Pasta of any Kind,2 Eggs,1 Onion and Cheese.
Boil Pasta , cut Onion and Ham. Put Onions ,Ham in large Skillet and start to cook on medium Flame.You may add a little Butter(1 Teespoon). When pasta cooked add to Skillet. You may want to season it with a little Pepper you dont need Salt cause Ham indicates a lot of Salt already and you might Over salt it.Add Eggs and Cheese.Cook until cheese is melted.Enjoy!!!
Oh if you dont have any Cheese You can sprinkel Parmesan Cheese over it or just use no Cheese at all. |
