Recipe: Crust: 14 whole graham cracker boards, crushed (2 1/4 cups crumbs) 3 Tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 6 Tbsp. butter, melted Top: 1 package of fudge brownie mix (13x9" pan size) 2 cups miniature marshmallows 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt, and melted butter in a small bowl until the dry ingredients are evenly moistened. Press into the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish and refrigerate shortly to set. While crust is chilling, prepare your favorite fudge brownie mix (one that is big enough for 9x13" pan) according to the package directions. Pour the brownie batter over the graham cracker crust and spread to cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. While still hot, sprinkle with 2 cups of miniature marshmallows and 1 cup of chocolate chips. Bake 5 minutes longer or until marshmallows are slightly puffed and golden brown. Cool on a wire rack before cutting.
