Beef Burganoff

Recipe: Take a round steak, one or two lbs depending on size of family, cut into one inch cubes, dredge in flour. Brown meat in a couple tablespoons of oil in skillet. Add a can of cream of mushroom soup and one can of milk. Stir until smooth then add 1/4 cup of burgandy wine. Cook on low heat until meat is tender, then add 16 oz sour cream. Serve over noodles or rice. For low calorie version use chicken instead of steak, white wine and plain nonfat yogurt for sour cream.
