Recipe: OOPS! I sent it without the recipe the first time. Anyhow, again, this is a great and easy marinade for pork or chicken. Ingredients: 1/2 cup Worsteshire Sauce 1 TBS Lemon Pepper 1-2 lbs. boneless chicken or pork Put the worsteshire sauce and lemon pepper in a large ziplock bag. Add chicken or pork and coat evenly. Let sit in fridge at least an hour or overnight. Cook in lightly greased (I use the spray stuff) frying pan on med to med-low. The low temp keeps the meat from drying out. Cook about 10 minutes on both sides, more for thick cuts. Try not to cut the meat to check and see if it is done. This dries it out also. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
