Recipe: A little easy to make Carribean Cuisine. Ingredients: three cups flour two teaspoonful of salt a cup and a half of water Items you will need: a medium frying pan some vegatable cooking oil a mixing bowl with big spoon a sifter First, you sift three cups of flour on a mixing bowl, then you will get a cup and a half of water in perferably a cup, and then pour the salt in the cup, then mix the water and salt until you see cloudy water or most of salt is dissolved Next you pour the mixture into the flour until it turns to a clay-like form, but not to wet. If the mixture is to wet then add additional flour as needed.Then you take a big spoonful of the mixture in your hands and roll into a ball-like form. Repeat until you have done all of the mixture. Finally pour the oil into a medium frying pan on a med heat, then you put the balls into the pan and fry till brown. CARRIBEAN JOHNNY-CAKES ZEEN!!!
