Recipe: 2lbs ground beef (or ground chuck) 32oz Spaghetti Sauce (your choice) 16oz Fresh mushrooms(optional) 10oz Egg Noodles 8oz Cream Cheese 16oz Sour Cream 1 cup Parmesan Cheese 16oz Mozzarella Cheese ********************************************************* Preheat oven to 350 degrees Brown ground meat and drain. Cook Spaghetti Sauce (ADD: mushrooms and any seasonings and add ground meat to sauce) Cook Egg Noodles and drain. Mix together noodles, sour cream, cream cheese & Parmesan cheese. In a deep 9 x 13 dish Layer the following: Noodles mixture, Spag Sauce & Mozzarella Cheese continue layering until close to top of dish, making sure mozzarella is the top layer!! Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbing hot.
