Chicken Enchiladas

Recipe: 6 chicken breasts 1 can diced green chilis 1 can cream of chicken and mushroom soup 1 cup milk 1 tbsp milk 1 tsp cumin 3 oz cream cheese 8 oz sour cream 1 pkg tortillas shredded cheese 1.bake chicken breast @ 350 with melted butter until no longer pink 2.shred or slice chicken into small pieces, place in a meduim size bowl 3.To the medium bowl, add softened cream cheese, half can of diced green chilis, cumin,tbsp milk. combine ingredients until well mixed 4.combine cup of milk,sour cream,soup,rest of the green chilis in a large bowl and mix well..until smooth with few lumps. 5.fill tortillas with chicken mixture, wrap and place in baking pan (glass perferably) 6.Pour the soup mixture over the chicken filled tortillas. 7.sprinkle shredded cheese over the whole entree, until covered as desired. 8.Bake at 350 for approx 30 min, or until cheese is melted and soup mix is bubbly
