What you need:
2 8oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2 TSP. Vanilla
1 8 oz tub of Coolwhip
2/3 cup sugar
1 can of pie filling(flavor of your choice)
1 readymade crust(graham craker,nila, whatever you prefer.Works best with a 12" crust, but you can use 9" or mini ones.
Getting started:
First you soften the two sticks of cream cheese.About 30 second which is recommended on the package.Pour vanilla & sugar over it.Mix until whipped then slowly add Coolwhip in until most or all is mixed in.Then pour in to crust & refrigerate over night.Pour fruit topping over before serving.
It is a great cheese cake & people be asking for more.
