Can-Can Chicken

Recipe: Ingredients: 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 soup-can of water 1 1/3 c. minute rice 1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken or 12 oz. can of chicken 1 can (3oz.) chow-mein noodles Optional: Top with french-fried onions or onion rings (already heated) Directions: Combine all ingredients except noodles or desired topping, in a large skillet. Stir to mix. Bring quickly to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 7 minutes. Remove from heat; stir. Serve over noodles.
