Simply buy a roast and open a can of mushroom soup and pour it on top of the roast and open a pack of onion soup mix and sprinkle it all over the roast. Cook at 375 degrees for approx. 1hr and 30 min or until desired tenderness. Voila!!!!!!!! The onion and mushrooms soups make a great gravy. Just add your favorite side dishes. Mash potatoes are my favorite with this meal and I pour the gravy all over the mashers and go to town. Manja!!!! Enjoy everyone! |
