1 sugar cube.
1 teaspoon of any kind of brandy.
1/8 teaspoon of bitters.
2/3 cups of chilled champagne.
1 maraschino cherry with stem on it.
Place sugar cube in fluted champagne glass.
Add brandy and bitters.
Slowly add champagne.
When bubbles settle, add cherry. Serve immediately.
Makes 1 drink.
