Korean Chicken

Base: Ft. Dix, NJ
Recipe: 3 Tbsp. Soysauce, 1/2 Tsp. Chilipowder, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 chicken cut up, 3 green onions cut in chunks, 2 cups chickenbroth. In large pot mix Soysauce, chilipowder, garlic and onions. Add chicken. Stir to coat, marinade 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add broth, bring to boil, cover and simmer 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
