Recipe: THIS DISH IS WONDERFUL AND VERY INEXPENSIVE. 4 oz FETA CHEESE 1 CAN CHICK PEAS(GARBANZO) 2 CANS DICED TOMATOES (ITALIAN STYLE) 11 oz BAG FRESH SPINACH (CLEANED AND CHOPPED) DASH GARLIC SALT 4 TBS OLIVE OIL 16 oz PENNE PASTA I BOIL MY PASTA. THEN I SET IT ASIDE IN A LARGE BOWL AND TOSS IT WITH ABOUT 2 TBS OF OLIVE OIL. THEN I PUT MY TOMATOES, CHICK PEAS, REST OF OLIVE OIL AND GARLIC SALT IN A LARGE SKILLET LET IT COOK ON MED-HIGH FOR 10 MINUTES. THEN START INCORPORATING THE SPINACH INTO THE TOMATO MIXTURE(I HAVE FOUND THAT IT IS EASIER TO PUT ABOUT A HANDFUL AT A TIME AND SPOON THE TOMATO MIXTURE OVER IT) AFTER PUTTING THE SPINACH IN LET COOK 2 MORE MINUTES. THEN I POUR THE TOMATO AND SPINACH OVER THE PASTA AND TOSS. IT TASTES WONDERFUL JUST LIKE THIS BUT ADDING THE FETA IN ADDS A KICK. I GOT THIS RECIPE OUT OF PARENTS MAGAZINE.
