2 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sugar
4 cups chopped apples
2 cups flour
Mix all ingredients together with a spoon (no mixer needed.
batter will be stiff. Spread into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
Serve with whip cream on top or frost with icing. 2 small packages of cream cheese, 3 tbsp. melted butter, 1 tsp vanilla 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar. |
