Recipe: CREAMY FUDGE RECIPE Ingredients 2 pounds pasteurized process cheese 1 pound margarine 4 pounds confectioner’s sugar 1 ½ cups cocoa powder 1 tablespoon vanilla 1 ½ cups chopped nuts In Heavy pan over low heat, melt cheese and margarine, stirring to blend. Sift confectioners’ sugar and cocoa powder together and pour hot mixture over dry ingredients. Mix well, using heavy duty mixer. Add vanilla and nuts and spread in a buttered 9 X 13 inch pan. Chill. Makes at least 36 pieces of delicious fudge! It sounds a little weird but it really is the best I've had! Enjoy!
