Pork chop and rice bake

Recipe: Ingredients: 3-5 bone in pork chops 1 can Campbell's Cream of Celery soup 2 TBSP. Worchestershire Sauce 1 can water 1 c. Uncle Ben's converted rice 1 tsp. Vegetable Oil salt and pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a dutch oven on the stove top, heat oil. Salt and pepper each pork chop. Sear pork chops, about one minute on each side and remove from heat. Remove pork chops from pan and combine soup, water, rice and worchestershire sauce. Mix well. Place pork chops on top of rice mixture, cover and bake in the oven for 1 hour. Remove pork chops, fluff rice and return to oven for 10 minutes. Good compliments to this meal include english peas or green bean casserole, warmed applesauce with cinnamon and cresent rolls. Bon Apetite!
