Lazy Enchiladas

Recipe: For those who like the taste, but not the time consuming rolling: Brown 1 Lb ground beef, with 1 small diced onion. Season with 1 tsp garlic salt and 1 tsp ground cumin while cooking. In 13 x 9 casserole dish, mix as follows: 1 pkg corn tortillas torn(or cut) into 1" x 1 " pieces Drained and browned ground beef 2 cans mild red enchilada sauce 1 cup mexican blend shredded cheese 1- 4 oz can sliced black olives(reserve some for topping) After mixing together, top with additional 3/4 cup shredded mexican blend cheese Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees Serve with spanish rice and sweet corn cakes
