Already made graham cracker pie crust
1 pound can of Yams
small marshmallows
1/2 cup brown sugar
cinnomon
Mix 1pound can of yams and 1/2 cup of brown sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix to a paste. Put mix into pie crust; spread evanly. Top with as many marshmallows as possible. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown. Cool and serve. Easy as pie! Great and easy for children to make to feel like they took part in making the best part of Thanksgiving! |
