Recipe: Bake potatoes, then after they are done, take out the potato filling, keep the shells. Make potatoes as you would for mashed, then add shredded cheddar cheese on the bottom of each shell, then add the mashed potato. Sprinkle chesse on top, bake at 350 for about 15, to 20 minutes, or until melted and brown. The whole family will love them
