Noodle Thing

Recipe: 3 pkgs Ramen Noodles (any flavor) 1 lb. cooked, cubed meat (I usually use a precooked meat like turkey ham. It works the best) 1 pkg frozen mixed veggies (pick your favorite mix) 3 cups water 6 eggs (optional) Without opening the ramen noodle pkgs, crush the noodles. After crushing the noodles, open the pkgs and remove the seasoning packets. In a large saucepan, combine the water, meat, veggies and seasoning packets. Bring to a boil. Turn the heat down to medium high. Add the noodles, but do not stir in. Pat them down flat on top of the cooked mixture in the pan. If desired, break the eggs evenly across the top of the noodles. Cover and let cook until the noodles have absorbed the water and the eggs are cooked through. Approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Serve. This meal will come out different every time, since you can use a different meat, veggie and ramen flavor combo. A great one dish meal that's quick and inexpensive.
