Recipe: 1lb of ground beef cooked, Minute Rice (amount depends on how many mouths your feeding, 1 can of Corn or Green Beans, and 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom. After hamburger and rice is cooked, mix all ingrediants in a good sized pan, cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Example of spices to add: Seasoned Salt, Basil, Parsley, Pepper, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Onion Flakes. Just add to taste. Very Easy and filling meal that takes less then 15 minutes to cook with all the nutrients you need for a meal in one. I cook it for my husband and three kids and they love it!
