Recipe: 1 Roast, I usually buy the Chuck Roast. 1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup. 1 can of water Put your roast in casserole dish or roaster. ( I even put it in there frozen sometimes). Pour mushroom soup over roast, and 1 can of water. Cover with foil. Cook in 350 degree oven until meat is tender, usually 3 hours. It comes out real tender and the mushroom soup makes a great gravy. Serve with mash potatoes, vegetable, and rolls.
