Recipe: 1-can Green Beans (drained) 1-can Corn (drained) 1-can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup 1-can Campbell's Cream of Celery Soup 1-Medium Onion (diced) 1/2 cup Green Peppers (diced) 1-roll of Ritz Crackers (crushed) 1-stick of butter or margarine (melted) (optional additions - chopped-chicken, turkey, ham, or gizzards) Mix the first six ingredients (and optional meat if including in the dish) in a 8x13 casserole dish. Top with the crushed Ritz crackers and drizzle the crackers with the melted butter or margarine. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-45 mins. This is a wonderful dish for special family gathering such as: Thanksgiving, Christmas or Easter. Can be prepared ahead and placed in the refrigerator until it is ready to put in the oven.
